Adding a Payment Method

Add a new payment method as an alternative for subscriptions not already connected to an existing payment method. This will give you a choice of multiple saved payment methods on checkout. 

To add a new payment method:

1. Go to Payment Methods in your Account Settings.

2. Click Add a Payment Method.

3. Enter your card details.

4. Click Save.

 

Updating a Payment Method

Update an existing payment method for existing subscriptions already connected to that payment method. Any changes you make are automatically applied to the subscriptions connected to that card. 

To update a payment method:

1. Go to Payment Methods in your Account Settings.

2. Click Actions.

3. Click Update.

4. Click Next.

5. Update Your card details.

6. Click Update.

 

Removing a Payment Method

Remove a method you no longer use. You can remove a payment method as long as it's not connected to an active subscription.

To remove a payment method:

1. Go to Payment Methods in your Account Settings.

2. Click Actions.

3. Click Remove. 

4. Click Remove to confirm.
